Practice Manager - Horsham

Dental Recruitment Group Ltd requires an experienced full time CQC registered Practice Manager to manage a busy and well established Dental Practice in Horsham.

This is a full time role working: 40hrs per week

Salary - £29,000 - £35,000 per annum

The duties of the role will include the following:

Ensure the smooth, efficient and compliant running of the practice as a whole. The role will suit an individual who is tech-savvy and has previous experience as a Dental Practice Manager, in a strong leadership role or extensive experience of working in a dental practice.

Tasks:

CQC implementation/delegation.

Team management & training Developing practice growth.

Organising and updating practice policies

An extremely organised, motivated, flexible and positive approach.

High standard of written and spoken English.

To be able to face difficult conversations, deal with issues and complaints.

Taking the lead and making decisions. Calm manor whilst working under pressure Manage HR, costs and increase revenue.
