Practice Manager - Harley Street

Dental Recruitment Group Ltd requires an experienced full time practice manager to manage a well established dental practice in Harley Street.

This is a full time role working: 40hrs per week

The duties of the role will include the following:

Ensure the smooth, efficient and compliant running of the practice as a whole.

Tasks:

Team management & training Developing practice growth.

Organising and updating practice policies

An extremely organised, motivated, flexible and positive approach.

High standard of written and spoken English.

To be able to face difficult conversations, deal with issues and complaints.

Taking the lead and making decisions.

Calm manor whilst working under pressure

Manage HR, costs and increase revenue.
