Clinical Relationship Manager

Dental Recruitment Group Ltd are working alongside an innovative company with an award-winning consultation platform, who require a Clinical Relationship Manager to join their team on a permanent basis in Waterloo, Central London.

Day of work - Monday - Friday (can be flexible)

Requirements for the Clinical Relationship Manager:

• Experience as a dentist, hygienist, dental nurse, or treatment coordinator.

• Experience of training and presenting to dental professionals.

• Proven track record of clinical customer management.

• Organised, motivated, flexible and positive approach.

• High standard of written and spoken English.

• A valid driving licence
  

Skills required for the Clinical Relationship Manager:

• Be a people person with well developed communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently with strong organisational skills and sharp attention to detail.

• Self starter with an entrepreneurial approach to work able to work within, and develop, workflow processes to exceed targets.

• Honest, hardworking and highly disciplined with a deep passion for ethical and effective value propositions.

• Highly effective team player with the ability to lead and develop others.

• Comfortable in a rapidly changing environment and a great problem solver with excellent decision making skills.

• Experience of CRMs (ideally hubspot) and Google workspace
