Business Development Manager

Dental Recruitment Group Ltd are working alongside an innovative company with an award-winning consultation platform who require a Business DevelopmentManagerto join their team on a permanent basis in Waterloo, Central London.

*You will be required to travel to visit clients and attend events (UK wide)*

Days/Hours of work - Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (flexible).

Experience required for the Business Development Manager

• Comprehensive knowledge or a thorough understanding of the dental industry and experience of working with dentists, or medical and pharmaceutical professionals ideally in a sales role.

• Experience in providing solutions that require behavioural change

• Proven track record of delivering targets and exceeding expectations and building strong partnerships

Skills required for the Business Development Manager

• Commercially aware and able to effectively represent our company's interests and requirements.

• Self starter with an entrepreneurial approach to work able to work within, and develop, workflow processes to exceed targets.

• Be a people person with well developed communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently with strong organisational skills and sharp attention to detail.

• Be responsible, disciplined and desire to be a high performer.

• Honest, hardworking and highly disciplined with a deep passion for ethical and effective value propositions.

• Highly effective team player, with the ability to lead and develop others.

• Comfortable in a rapidly changing environment and a great problem solver with excellent decision making skills.

• A valid driving licence, to travel when needed

• Experience of CRMs (ideally hubspot) and Google workspace]
